DMXE (deoxymethoxetamine) is a synthetic arylcyclohexylamine and structural analog of MXE. It produces dissociative effects with a profile described as warmer and more empathogenic than ketamine. The substance shows NMDA antagonist activity alongside serotonergic modulation. Duration is 3-5 hours orally, longer than ketamine.
